We here at The Fox Hole are delighted to offer our private dining area for your next event. Orange City, Iowa and the surrounding areas are quickly making The Fox Hole the place to be for lunch and dinner. But did you know we also offer a private dining area for large parties, business lunches, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and much more! That’s right, you can now enjoy the amazing food in the privacy of your own private dining space with room for up to 50 guests. Our space is also available to rent as a stand alone space. Pricing & Policies

Kindly review the following policies and pricing details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Kindly contact us with any questions or to reserve our space.

Pricing

  • Wed-Thurs lunch & dinner- $150 per hour minimum of 2 hours
  • Friday – Saturday lunch $200 an hour minimum of 2 hours
  • Friday & Saturday evenings $400 an hour minimum of 2 hours
  • Sunday evening – Tuesday (days we are closed) $500 an hour minimum of 2 hours
  • Room rental only (no service provided during rental time) $150 an hour minimum of 2 hours.

When food and drinks are ordered for your event, they will count toward the hourly minimum. If enough food and beverages are ordered to meet the hourly minimum, no additional fee for the room will be required. However, if the total food and drink bill does not meet the required minimum, an additional dollar amount will be added to your bill to make up the difference.

Gratuity for our servers will be automatically added to the bill, on top of the hourly fees and any additional charges.

To reserve the private dining area, a signed contract and a $100 deposit are required. If the reservation is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • The private dining area must be left in the same condition it was found. Please ensure the space is clean and tidy at the end of your event.
  • Glitter is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged if glitter is found in the space after your event.
  • Any damages to the property that occur during your event will be the responsibility of the renter and must be paid for by the person reserving the space.
